What you’ll be doing…
The Director of Customer Solutions for Asia Pacific will be an exceptional leader who has operated at the Executive level. They will help grow and optimize the Services, Support, Customer Success and Presales Teams for growth in the Asia Market. They will have matrixes and direct responsibility across the different functional roles across the region. As a result of this diverse responsibility, they will need to be able to quickly context shift between personnel development, business optimization, problem solving and business development across the different functions. The Ideal candidate will have leadership experience across all the disciplines of customer solutions and experience growing these businesses in Asia and the South Pacific. The individual must be a problem solver who can quickly develop and resolve problems using sound judgment and values and implement solutions. The must be excellent in front of customers and partners as well as strong communicator and collaborator with the sales teams in the achievement of corporate goals. As an experienced recruiter, you will streamline and drive the recruiting, development and retention of talent in Asia Pacific. Finally as a senior member of the APAC Leadership Team, the Director of Customer solutions will support sales in ensuring that customers are successful with Tableau and adopt and grow their deployments in the Asia Pacific region.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include …
Be responsible for customer satisfaction and success in APAC
Develop and mentor the leaders and individual contributors in customer solutions Asia Pacific
Recruit and mentor technical talent of all levels within the region
Educate and Evangelize Customer solutions services and support to the Sales, teams, customers and partners with Asia Pacific
Present themselves as a Business Intelligence Thought leader at public events
Represent the Customer Solutions Disciplines on the Senior APAC Leadership Team
Work with Global leaders to ensure effective and appropriate use of resources in the ASIA Pacific Market
Employee must be able to travel up to 60%of the time throughout Asia and to North America
Employee must be able to work in the Singapore office regularly for at least the first year

Who you are…
Cross-Cultural Leadership. Represent Asia Pacific on the Customer Solutions Leadership Team
Energy and Enthusiasm. Expertise in all aspects of developing talent at all levels
Experienced. Degree in computer science, math, physics or related experience. Master in Business Administration or related experience. Experience as a Second line Manager in a Presales Team, Professional Services or other technical team
Results-oriented. Proven ability to grow a presales and post sales business in a rapidly growing company maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Technically Savvy. Experience in Data, Business Intelligence or Analytics
Service Minded. Knowledge and Experience Selling and promoting Services and Training
