Job Description:
The Regional Lead is a key role with overall accountability for driving EFM regional capabilities. This role is responsible for delivering standardized and consistent EFM services within a region while driving deep alignment with the COE and external vendors.
This position reports directly into EFM leadership (VP, Global Facilities Management) and is accountable for building deep partnerships with senior business leaders, support partner functions and key business customers in the Supply Chain and non-Supply Chain organizations.

An ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience in facilities along with rich experience of managing a robust, mission driven, global and largely outsourced facilities organization. The role is also responsible for sponsorship of key regional projects to ensure alignment across functions within the WW Engineering group.

Key relationships include strategic business partner relationships with EFM and each business sector for a specific region in alignment with the WWETO CRM model, to ensure successful implementation and management of the EFM program at a regional level.

Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with senior regional leaders to understand their business and adapt the facilities management strategy in support of specific business requirements
Maintain relationships with internal department heads, state and local government officials, intra-company partners to secure / implement services
Manage regional FM employees including Sub-Regional Leads and Leveraged SME roles to assure efficient and effective delivery of regional FM services
Drive alignment with COEs and external vendors
Participate in customer and EFM regional forums; Promote standardized internal and external best practices
Participate with regional-level supplier leadership to coordinate issue resolution
Drive accountability relative to facilities assets and enables sustainable cost reduction
Increase focus on and importance of regional facilities policies, guidelines, processes and mandates while eliminating sector driven silos
Establish and enforce methodologies to generate savings (e.g., cost savings, cost avoidance, etc.)
Maintain oversight, implementation and continuity for FM business recovery plan
Provide financial and performance management oversight of capital projects
Ensure current legislation is comprehended and factored into plans and strategies
Foster an environment of continual improvement
Ensure optimization of J&J facilities assets by working with WWETO counterparts in Engineering, Project Management and Real Estate

Education
Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, business, architecture, etc., or equivalent, is required
Master's degree in facilities management, engineering, business, architecture, etc., or equivalent, is strongly preferred

Experience
Minimum of 15 years of CRE / facilities experience is required
Certifications (e.g., MCR, SLCR) is preferred

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Strong management and technical skills are required
Experience managing large geographically dispersed teams is preferred
Considerable expertise in business disciplines, decision-making, and assessing risks is required
Documented success achieving business goals is required
Outstanding record of regional collaboration, completion of significant programs, and people development is required
Experience in working with, socializing, and effectively influencing strategies with executive business leadership is required
Successful track record of leading the real estate and / or facilities function at large, multinational enterprises with manufacturing sites is required
Specific experience around risk management, quality, safety, and compliance is required
Knowledge of business strategy and projected business unit requirements for the workplace, infrastructure, real property, and facilities, including impact on the portfolio plan, is required
Ability to lead diverse teams through change and organizational transformation
Ability to adapt emerging practices and industry innovations to the benefit of
Location of Role:
Primary Location in Asia Pacific, with preferred location in Singapore.

Language Requirements:
English language fluency

Travel Requirements:
This position will require up to 75% domestic and international travel
