Job Description:
GFG is looking for a talented, customer focused Director, Global Pricing, reporting to GFG CEO. You will lead and direct the overall pricing strategy/framework development and value added pricing initiatives, working closely with functional leaders to ensure plans support business strategy. You will be responsible for developing pricing analytic models, frameworks and capabilities, and for implementing these capabilities for use across our markets.
As a Director, Global Pricing, you will be required to interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You will demonstrate your excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and planning ability, strong business acumen, and the agility to function in a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Own the pricing and reimbursement strategy development process for GFG and its entities.
Define strategy, processes, and tools for implementation of an efficient pricing strategy across all GFG e.g. new product launch sequencing, international reference pricing, optimal emerging markets pricing, and objective (analytically driven) assumptions for product launch
Drive pricing innovation to optimize margin and sales.
Lead roll out of pricing strategy plans & guidelines across the organization. (Including new product pricing, promo allocations by pack, depth, duration, frequency, pass-through, etc.), & ensure optimal Brand Ladder positioning & pack price curves (international & local).
Monitor and control the implementation of the pricing strategy across all GFG entities.
Identify, assess and on board local pricing needs when and if relevant.
Manage 3rd party pricing support (ACNielsen, etc)
Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor from a Top tier university is required. A MBA or Master in related field is preferred.
Total 8+ years of experience in product management, data science, analytics, and strategy.
Analytic & strong problem-solving capabilities evidenced by a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively analyse product concepts, strategic opportunities and competitive threats.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to motivate and influence executives, business leaders, and technology leaders within a matrixed organization.
Experience in partnering with business leaders working in a high-tech, fast paced business environment is required.
Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and multi tasks.
Excellent communication, coaching, strategic thinking abilities, planning/project management skills and presentation skills.
Experiences in Information Technology business field and multinational companies.
